NKML Studio is a browser-based tool for arranging MIDI timing, local audio tracks, and SoundFont playback. It is an editing utility, not a music library, streaming service, or source of copyrighted song files.

2. Files and copyright

You are responsible for the files you import, the rights you hold in those files, and the way you use exported material.

• Do not use the service to distribute music, lyrics, or recordings that you do not have permission to use.
• NKML Studio does not claim ownership of your local project files.
• You must follow the copyright and licensing rules that apply in your country and to your intended use.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the service, introduce malware, reverse engineer protected hosting systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.

4. Availability and limitations

Audio performance depends on the browser, device, available memory, and Web Audio support. The service is provided as available, without a promise that every browser, file, or export will work without interruption or error.
